Robotic production handling is set up for demoulding of micro-parts and/or placement of inserts. Additional automation for packaging or secondary operations can be set up within the micro-moulding cell.


inspection

A camera vision system allows in-line checking of the parts as they are removed from the mould. Further inspection can be carried out using specific high precision metrology equipment according to customer requirements.
