Production of micro moulded parts is carried out in a clean room cell, using a Battenfeld Microsystem 50 micro molding machine.

This all-electric machine enables us to provide plastic microinjection molding services to customers who want to manufacture extremely accurate plastic components, in the region of 0.005 g to 1.0 g.

handling

Robotic production handling is set up for demoulding of plastic micro injection molded parts and/or placement of inserts. Additional automation for packaging or secondary operations can be set up within the micro-moulding cell.


inspection of micro molds

A camera vision system allows in-line checking of the micro injection molded parts as they are removed from the mould. Further inspection can be carried out using specific high precision metrology equipment according to customer requirements.
